The literacy rate in the country is 74.04 % , 82.14 % for males and 65.46 % for females and in world it is 86 %. In urban schools the more children learn, but in rural schools is related to less learning. Socio-economic status explains performance difference between students who attend urban schools and other students. Schools in urban settings are larger, tend to benefit from better educational resources, and often enjoy greater autonomy in how they can allocate those resources.

Poverty is one of the most critical and common problems in rural India. Bring innovative teaching methods, boost free education, promote computer literacy. If compared with the urban India, the state of education is worse in rural parts of the India. It is important that we realise and acknowledge the fact that a huge segment of our population still resides in rural India which makes it very crucial to pay for education.

This is certainly going to bring up the literacy rate as more and more parents will be eager to send their kids to schools if they are not required to bear the expenses of their education. Resulting from inabilities in facilitating course content worldwide due to lack of a global system of communication . It will affect learning with global economic problems and sustainable development of global warfare .

The e-learning method is of user friendly. Challenges for the purpose of providing guidance toward the most appropriate deployment of the Internet for distance education.

Telecommunications infrastructure with focus on high bandwidth connectivity has to improve. Advanced countries can help neighbouring countries. Already this technology cooperation has been happening with
countries like USA, China, and India assisting their neighbouring countries.

Online education quality must be improved and perceived as equal to traditional Face to Face (F2F) classroom-based education. This will ensure recognition of online education on par with the traditional education.
Ultimately, getting credentials in any mode of education should become indistinguishable from one another.


Organizations of all types – Small and Medium size Enterprise (SMEs) have a need for their employees to get continuing education. It is increasingly being realized that the best way to get such education is through some form of online education.

At this time, it is abundantly clear that we ought to combine the virtues of both online (virtual) and offline (F2F) education. It appears that blended or flipped education can help to strike an optimal balance between e-education and traditional education.


Eventually, globalization of e-education is bound to happen. World bodies like United Nations, World Bank, and World Trade Organization (WTO) have to get involved in to establish meaningful standards in curriculum,
certifications, students screening, faculty selection, learning management systems.
